As i said, it started right after UPN change but no idea why. Removing profile and re-adding account to Outlook doesn't resolve. Our DNS is fine and autodiscover is working correctly. Clients being cached or not has no affect. It doesn't seem to be an access/permissions issue. It does not affect access to public calendars/folders whatsoever. Typing in a password immediately re-prompts. Hitting cancel stops it from prompting and only occurs 2-3 times a day.
